Itinerary
Morning: Arrive in Jammu, the winter capital of Jammu and Kashmir. Transfer to Katra (about 1.5-2 hours by road). Afternoon: Check into a hotel in Katra. Rest and prepare for the pilgrimage to Mata Vaishno Devi. Evening: Visit the local market in Katra for some shopping and local food.

Early Morning: Begin the trek to Mata Vaishno Devi Temple (approximately 12-13 km uphill). You can also opt for a pony, palanquin, or helicopter ride to make the journey easier. Stop at Ardh Kuwari for a break and visit the cave. Afternoon: Continue the trek to Bhawan. Perform darshan at the Holy Cave and seek blessings of Mata Vaishno Devi. Evening: Rest at the Bhawan or start the trek back to Katra. Night: Arrive back in Katra and rest at the hotel.

Morning: Drive back to Jammu (about 3 hours by road). Afternoon: Check into a hotel in Jammu. Visit Raghunath Temple, one of the largest temple complexes in North India. Evening: Explore Bahu Fort and Bagh-e-Bahu Garden. Stroll through the local markets and try some local cuisine.
Morning: Visit the famous Ranbireshwar Temple. Explore the Mubarak Mandi Palace, a historical palace complex. Afternoon: Visit Amar Mahal Museum and Library. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Tawi River. Evening: Transfer to Jammu Airport/Railway Station for your departure.
